Role Description The Errands Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi Kenya. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day errands that support store operations, such as collecting and delivering items, assisting with order fulfillment, and coordinating with suppliers and couriers. The Errands Officer will help ensure timely dispatch of customer orders, maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, and support inventory movement between storage locations. The role includes regular communication with the operations team, adherence to safety and security procedures, and professional interaction with partners and customers when required.

• Strong organizational, time management, and basic record-keeping skills to handle multiple errands efficiently.
• Reliable communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, suppliers, and delivery partners.
• Basic knowledge of local routes in Nairobi Kenya and ability to navigate using maps or digital tools.
• Commitment to customer service, professionalism, and maintaining confidentiality and security of goods.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, including standing, walking, and lifting light to moderate loads as needed.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, retail support, or a similar operational role is an added advantage.
• Secondary school completion; additional training in logistics, retail, or operations is beneficial.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
