Role Description The Delivery Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Juba, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. This role involves coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams to prepare orders, organizing delivery routes, and monitoring shipment status. The Delivery Officer will interact with customers during order handover, respond to delivery-related inquiries, and address issues such as delays or returns. The position also includes maintaining delivery records, tracking inventory movements, and supporting continuous improvement of delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Procurement and Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery logistics.
• Analytical Skills to track delivery performance, identify issues, and support process improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Juba and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of delivery tracking tools and inventory systems.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, retail, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Valid authorization to work in the role’s location and capability to perform the physical requirements of delivery work.
