Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time role based in Kigali with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for supporting daily sales operations, including processing orders, updating sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The Sales Coordinator will interact with customers to respond to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and provide information on products, promotions, and order status. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, preparing simple reports, and assisting the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks. The Sales Coordinator works closely with team members to ensure smooth sales processes and a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support daily sales activities and processes.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to manage customer interactions and drive positive sales outcomes.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfort using digital tools and basic office software; experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Kigali and independently from home.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or a similar sales support role is preferred.
• Relevant post-secondary education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
